Join us at 8:00pm for our first Friday Night Summer Throwdown at Reckless CrossFit. Throwdowns will be every other Friday night - 8pm at Reckless CrossFit. Let’s get together and have a little competition to end the week, and see how we stack up against other local athletes. The more we can get to come out, the better. We will use the “Hopper” method to pick workouts, that way it is completely random. Some nights we might hit just 1 WOD some maybe 2. It will cost $20 per month on the first friday of each month - all money will go to 1st and 2nd place finishers. The prize amounts will depend on how many people we get to participate each month. There will be both men’s and women's divisions. Points will be awarded throughout the month with 1st place getting one point and 2nd 2 points 3rd 3 points and so on. Please invite anyone you think would be interested in participating. All workouts are scalable, but in order to receive points you must perform the WODs as Rx. We would still love for people to come hit wod's with us even if you know you can't Rx most of them maybe by the end of the summer and getting to throw down you will be rx-ing the majority of them. "Murph" / Reckless CrossFit 1 year anniversary 10am - Come out to WOD or just to celebrate 1 year of complete awesomeness! There will be post WOD drinks!
