You will not find treadmills, ellipticals or isolation machines in our gym. When do you use these in your daily life? NEVER! We focus on functional movements that are based upon our daily movements. Our goal is to improve your health and make you stronger for your every day life.

You’ll never come in and do the same workout repeatedly – if you are looking for a routine you WON’T find it here. The workouts are intense and constantly varied. Routine is our enemy and our specialty is not specializing. The goal is to keep your body guessing, which in turn, will promote muscle growth and cardio/respiratory endurance. Not to mention, the workouts are always fun! The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability which makes it the perfect fitness program for ANYONE regardless of age, experience, or your current fitness level. Every time you come in, you will be coached by our trainers who are always trying to increase their knowledge on fitness and nutrition.
