group_outsideEach person must complete a FREE introductory session. During this session we will learn more about you as an athlete and discuss exactly what you are looking for. From there we will help you get started at Reckless CrossFit. The purpose is to make sure that each person who comes in to Reckless gets the attention they need and are given the best plan to help them reach their goals.

Our On Ramp classes meet 3 days a week for 2 weeks and are a great introduction to what we do here at Reckless CrossFit. Our coaches work closely with each new member, teaching the fundamental movements that are used in CrossFit workouts and slowly building up to the intensity of our regular classes. You will practice perfect form, and learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level. Our On Ramp classes are designed for anyone new to CrossFit, no matter what your current fitness level is. Through the On Ramp Program we will make sure that you have a solid understanding of everything that we do, as well as prepare you entirely for the larger group classes. We cap our On Ramp classes at 10 participants, so if you are eager to get started be sure to contact us asap to reserve your spot.

New On Ramp class start dates are listed on our Home Page. Classes are M-W-F at 5:30pm, or 6:30pm. If there are scheduling conflicts please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

If the On Ramp schedule does not fit your schedule, we do offer personal training. You will need to complete 5 personal training sessions with a certified Reckless CrossFit coach before entering into group classes.
