40 Days Challenge
Look Better, Feel Better, Perform Better


Overall this is a "Paleo" Challenge, but above that, this is a challenge to Look Better, Feel Better, and Perform Better. For 40 days you will commit to a Paleolithic Diet in combination with exercise, proper sleep, supplementation, and hydration. There are many benefits to eating Paleo, including a naturally lean body, acne free skin, improved athletic performance and recovery, and relief from numerous metabolic related autoimmune diseases. 

Challenge Begins 2/13/12 and ends 3/23/12

Participants Must:
  • Weigh-in at the beginning and end of the Challenge
  • Take Before and After photos - these will not be shown to anyone or used unless given permission
  • Do Before and After measurements
  • Keep a Log for all 40 days
  • Take your PurePharma Fish Oil for 40 days
  • Meet with Coach Britt weekly
  • Participate in the Before and After WOD
  • WOD at least 3 times per week

One week from the end of the 40 Days Challenge’s final weigh-ins, the coaches will announce 3 finalists. The winner of the challenge will be decided by you! The winner will not only have a rockin’ bod, but will also receive a prize basket that is SUPER badass.
